I've bought 2 month ago on the We<3Blizzard Week a SteelSeries Diablo 3 USB Headset. First I was impressed of the quality and Cheap GW2 Gold the microphone because im doing LoL commentaries and other stuff. But after my mates told me in teamspeak that I sound like im sitting in a pipe or bathtube and after I recorded my voice I said them the voice is clear.
Then I was listening to music and recorded a game. And my Voice was terrible and unclear. I tried every setting in Windows and tried it on other systems (Laptop/Girlfriend PC) and it was the same problem. Then I wrote the Steelseries support that my Headset is my not working properly and asked for an RMA. Steelseries said to me, that I should send the headset back and they if something is wrong with the headset they will send me new one. After 2 weeks of waiting i received a new Diablo 3 Headset and I was happy that this waiting is over.
Then with the new Headset the same problem. I wrote to steelseries support, that this problem is still there even with the new headset. They replied me rarely maybe 1 time per week. What is not so nice for costumer support. After that I wrote on their Facebook page and did an youtube video. Few people replied D3 Gold on my video that they have the same problem with the headset.
